Blanchers bePROTO are designed in accordance with the actual hygienic design standards and are characterized by high quality workmanship (enabling easy cleaning). Welds of welded elements and surface treatment meet the highest hygienic standards. All materials used for the production of the devices are approved for contact with food and are resistant to high humidity and commonly used cleaning agents.
The device is equipped with five high-power heaters, a water level sensor and easily removable flaps that retain water vapor and direct it to a centrally located outlet.
